Second time we have used SURE Building & Pest, one of the best pest control services we’ve used this far. Attended this morning for a general pest control. Admin was very responsive to communication. Richard and Sure Pest Control are fantastic to deal with. We were indecisive about which termite service to use, with many questions and various quotes required before we settled on the solution that best met our needs, at a great price. Every staff member who helped us, either over the phone or in person during inspections was friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. We will continue to use Sure Building and Pest. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend SURE Building and Pest! They went absolutely above and beyond to professionally and promptly respond to our never-ending questions. Our situation became somewhat irregular and their flexibility and willingness to assist was nothing short of amazing. Our building inspection was completed quickly after booking and the report was provided the same day with great detail included.The process from start to finish was well organised and we are so appreciative of the personable and attentive service we received from Sharon during our property purchasing process.

We used SURE to do our pest control today along with a spider spray. Josh was on time and was extremely thorough, a very positive experience. Josh went the extra mile and put all the heavy furniture back in place after he had finished. I would definitely recommend their services.
