Best place in Perth for an all in one location of building suppliers and products

Dan provided very professional service and a highly detailed report. I dont usually do reviews but thought I would give him a shoutout to anyone needing a housing inspection done.

We used PBI several times in the past and the service quality from Belinda and Phil have always been high, from booking the inspection appointment to the content in the report. Highly recommend.

I chose houspect after glowing recommendations from people within the industry. Now looking over the most recent reviews online I'm actually not surprised by the poor level of service I recieved as clearly I'm not the only one....Our booking date fell JUST in line with our contractual deadlines due to their limited availability.. and trying to receive any information from the girls over the phone after the report was done was an absolute nightmare. Too busy, too rude, didn't seem to care at all. My settlement agent tried on our behalf shortly after and was met with the same rude, unhelpful service. Unable to even speak to the inspector who carried out the work, unable to query anything on the report.. left with more questions than answers.We are now genuinely terrified to think what we may find when we move in after my poor dealings with this company and now reading the dealings of others, I have very little trust in the workmanship and findings in this report. Not a nice feeling at all for a young family who struggled their way into their first ever home.I would recommend thinking twice and doing your research before using this company. There are plenty others out there.

Dave was great to deal with – very professional, thorough with the report, and helpful with additional questions even after the report was delivered. Really appreciated his work and would highly recommend.
