Hill Building Consultants were recommended by the property agent selling the property we had under offer. As we were in a wooded area we opted for the wood pest examination as well as the building. I was very impressed with the amount of detail in the report and the time taken gathering the information rendered in the document. The recommendations were spot on as was Simons knowledge of the building technique and material. I would recommend Simon to anyone wishing to get their property evaluated.

We had a great experience dealing with Simon and hills building consultants. Simon was very happy to answer questions and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of building and property purchase procedures. I highly recommend using this company and will endeavour to use them for any future projects. We had a comprehensive building and termite inspection done as part of a residential property purchase. Simon did a very thorough inspection with a comprehensive but readable report that could be understood by someone without construction knowledge.
